2023’s Best: Weddings, Engagements, and Photoshoots We Will Always Remember

This year went by so quickly, don’t you agree? But even if the days sped by, we have been lucky because it was a year of remarkable weddings, engagements, and photo sessions. Time felt liked it slowed down every time a jaw-dropping set of photos came our way, and some of these remain to memorable features to this day. So as the year comes to a close, we’re here to share the most unforgettable weddings, engagements, and photo sessions with you. Engagements

1) We love how this couple incorporated their fave sports–golf and paddling–in their pre-wedding shoot. It clearly reflects how they enjoying spending time together.

2) You’ll find a lot of options for shoot locations in Hong Kong. But did you every consider night photography at the subway like this couple? Their photos turned out to be extra dramatic.

3) This 1960s-inspired shoot is unique and makes use of fun and vibrant colors and patterns. The couple also chose an outdoor shoot location that had colorful accents, too.

4) This shoot features butterflies and is all about coming out of your shell and not being afraid to be your true self. We love the message of this photo session as well as the pastel details that fill each frame.

5)  When Sarah’s Bridal Styling approached us and shared this styled shoot with us we instantly fell in love with the creative details that were inspired by Japanese culture–the modern metallic makeup and hairdo plus the traditional kimono.

6) This styled shoot also takes inspiration from the Oriental, but what sets it apart is how the delicate shade of baby blue was incorporated into the elements.

7) This stylish black and red engagement taken on top of a building was an eye catcher from the onset. The couple’s stylish looks also added more drama to every photo.

8) This shoot location is probably one of the most interesting ones we’ve seen to date! The couple took photos in an igloo hotel and by a snow village.

Weddings

1) What caught our attention in this wedding was the entourage’s colorful casual outfits. The couple truly made their celebration a fun and carefree event, kicking it off with the entourage’s looks.

2) This hands-on bride took extra time and effort to add leopard print wedding details since this is her favorite pattern! She executed it so well, too, so this wedding is a great example of how to personalize your special day.

3) Are you fur patents? This couple included their fur baby, a corgi, in their wedding details. They also had a pet-friendly wedding with several fur friends in attendance.

4) This couple went for a very intimate and private outdoor garden wedding. And while they only had a handful of guests, they made sure that the venue would spoil attendees with the best scenery ever–overflowing greenery, elegant white flowers, and a cozy all-white tablescape.

5) This couple’s dreamy wedding took place on a lake! Not only that, the gorgeous setup and wedding details are all a product of only 3 months of planning! How amazing is that?

6) This wedding is extra dramatic thanks to the misty view that overlooks the mountains. The couple’s minimalist theme also added an elegant touch to the celebration.

7) Once again, baby blue takes center stage, but this time, in a wedding! This wedding color palette looked extra captivating along with the lavish white and blush flowers. The bride’s wedding gown was also a stunning piece that really stood out.

8) The final wedding feature that took our breaths away is this Hong Kong wedding that took place in a chapel and at a garden. For both the ceremony and banquet, the couple made sure to adorn both venues with the most beautiful floral decorations you can imagine!
