Delightful Duo

We’re starting our morning with a huge splash of color courtesy of Lillian and Esmond’s Hong Kong engagement. There’s no denying that this darling pair is absolutely smitten with each other. Everything just looked effortless and oh-so-comfortable. I am gushing over Lillian’s simple but sweet hair and makeup by Polly C. Makeup and that dreamy trellis of pink flowers they found! It’s hard to go wrong with a background as pretty as that. Thanks to Michelle W. who captured this fun-filled day, we’ve got enough eye candy to last us a long while. See it all right here.

Urban Rustic Feast

There is one thing we cannot deny about us Hong Kongers – we LOVE food! So why not bring the party to one of the hippest, coolest restaurants in Hong Kong? That is exactly what Marcus and Farah did by tying the knot at the Butcher’s Club Deli‘s trendy industrial space in Aberdeen. Captured by photographer Jon Lau, it proved to be the perfect place for an intimate gathering with the ceremony held indoors plus a rooftop reception underneath a gorgeous tent. What better way to celebrate than having amazing steak and dancing amongst Hong Kong’s skyscrapers? I’m excited to bring you, arguably, the most delicious wedding we have yet seen!

Fashion Friday: Lover White Magick Part 4

My heart totally skipped a beat when I stumbled on Lover’s fourth installment of their capsule collection of dresses. This Australian cult label exudes modern femininity with their simple yet thoughtful designs — definitely a breath of fresh air from the current bridal market. I’m completely smitten by the elegant necklines, the creative application of lace, and their edgy but timeless styles. It takes a whole lot of confidence to wear such simple designs, but that’s exactly why I’m obsessed. See the entire collection for yourselves, and you’ll know what I mean!

Cozy Campfire Picnic

There’s nothing quite like a campfire picnic with s’mores, hot cider, a cozy blanket, and the person you love the most. If these pictures are not enough to make you fall in love, then the video of their sweet story surely will. Scroll all the way to the bottom of this post to watch it!

D.I.Y. Flower Comb

And my obsession with flowers continues — this time with pretty silk flowers courtesy of Bunny Garden. Since outdoor shoots and easy natural looks are on trend right now, I thought this simple hair accessory would be the perfect project for all you crafty brides-to-be. Flower combs are much easier and more practical to make with silk flowers, but please make sure you go with high quality flowers. Cheap silk flowers just look cheap, so we don’t want any of that. Let’s get started!

Here’s what you will need:

  • Hair comb in various lengths, green floral tape, green floral wire, long nose pliers

  • An assortment of silk flowers and foliage (all from Bunny Garden)
