We’re starting off this week with Iris and Max’s super easy engagement session courtesy of Henry F. There’s just something so calming about the soft vintage color tone of these photos. I think it compliments the different spots they visited quite well (especially that private pier), allowing the couple’s personalities to shine through. This is as effortless as any engagement session could get, and we could only hope to see more of the same. May your Monday be as chill as this sweet set!
Today’s Fashion Friday feature is extra special, because we finally get to feature a Hong Kong designer! If you’ve been following our social media accounts, you would know that I’m a big fan of Noel Chu. It was a pleasure to meet someone with such experience and talent that is genuinely humble and kind. Today we’re proud to show you her latest collection that truly celebrates women’s uniqueness. Each dress in this collection has it’s own personality bundled with undeniable craftsmanship. We need no further proof to say she’s a designer we all should be proud of!
We’re travelling back through time to an old English garden… in Hong Kong. Yes, believe it or not, this next engagement session was actually shot right here at home. Floreta and Ho’s vintage-style shoot in this enchanting rose garden is such a breath of fresh air. I love that they dared to be different — from the location, to Floreta’s Victorian dress, to the deep red florals. With Sophia Kwan behind the lens, the photos are like painted scenes from classic romantic novels. Excuse me while I go and make myself a nice cuppa!
Last Wednesday, I had the privilege of attending a contemporary bridal showcase at The Langham‘s elegant Palm Court lounge in commemoration of the prestigious hotel’s 150-year history. It was a feast in every sense. Guests got to marvel at exquisite jewelry by Melville Fine Jewellery and Hatton Studios on top of couture dresses by designer-extraordinaire Noel Chu while enjoying The Langham’s signature Afternoon Tea with Wedgewood experience. The result of this collaboration was so inspiring that I just had to share it with you all. Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom to find out about some special offers!
To mark this special occasion, The Langham is extending the following offers:

It’s hard not to fall head-over-heels in love with a wedding as pretty as this one. Despite being held at a familiar venue, Caroline and Ivan’s outdoor ceremony at the Verandah in Repulse Bay felt fresh and romantic especially with Divine Floreal‘s gorgeous floral creations. Beautifully captured by Jada Poon Photography, it’s a wedding that’s overflowing with details that are straight out of a French fairytale. Pin your hearts out!
