It is always our pleasure to send inspiration your way, but today is extra special as we finally get to share this B&B editorial with you. Earlier this year, we had the privilege to work with a talented team of vendors at a luxurious location along Victoria Harbour. Let us walk you through the details.
Our gorgeous bride and groom for the day, Charis and Jason, are a real couple we connected with from our model calls. They also just so happen to be professional models—lucky us!
The ladies from To Be Wed dressed Charis in two bridal pieces. The first one is a modern voluminous one-shoulder gown with a statement bow and peek-a-boo corset detail. The second one is an elegant beaded lace number featuring full sleeves and a cathedral train. For the Chinese tea ceremony, Qipology picked a beautiful qipao with elaborate embroidered motifs for Charis to wear. Hair and makeup were flawlessly executed by the Joman Wedding team, perfectly highlighting Charis’ features while also elevating the wardrobe picks into timeless romantic looks.
Not to be outdone, our handsome groom Jason suited up in two iconic and meticulously crafted Magnus & Novus ensembles. Paired with their signature Leisure Shirt featuring a distinctive abbreviated collar, the first look is an ever-classic charcoal grey suit tailored to perfection. To do this suit justice, we matched it with an impeccable pair of brown crocodile leather Derbys from Corthay. For the second look, we got Jason with switch it up with a suave silver jacquard blazer but this time with a sleek pair of grey leather shoes also from Corthay.
All wrapped up in elegance, our couple looked right at home in K11 ARTUS‘ rooftop suite which boasts of uninterrupted views of the Hong Kong skyline. Halo Monday Floral Design decorated the unique space with a romantic ceremony setup in white, blush, and burgundy. The bride’s effortless bouquet by Flos on the Folk followed the same palette, while the invitations and acrylic elements by Rather Delicate adopted a more muted palette of light pinks and cream. Gold chairs were used to add glamour to the setting and a stylish cake by BOW Artisan Cakery served as the finishing touch to the scene.
