Wedding signs are a need, not only to prettify your venue. They’re also practical and helpful, especially for your guests! Wedding signs help guests find their way to your celebration, especially if you’re tying the knot in a huge venue with more than one function room. (1) Directional Signage

Of course, you’ll want a sign that tells guests that they’ve arrived at the wedding. This is the purpose of a welcome sign. The welcome sign also allows you to acknowledge guests since you can’t do this personally–you will be too busy getting ready! (3) Reserved Signs
Reserved seating is common for elders, family, VIP guests, and other people with roles, like readers in the ceremony. You can also use the same signs for the reception tables. Instead, of “Reserved”, you may also directly use the names of those whom the seats are reserved for.

(4) Seating Chart
The seating chart helps guests find their respective tables at your wedding banquet. Some couples have a receiving area where the wedding coordinator or one of the entourage informs guests of their table numbers. After the seating chart you’ll also need table names or table numbers. It helps if your tables are also arranged chronologically so it’s easy for guests to find their respective tables. (6) Menu Cards or Food Signages
For plated banquet meals, a menu card informs guests of what will be served. Meanwhile, food signages are the common options for buffet style banquet setups. However, if you’re expecting guests who have food sensitivities, it will be very helpful to include other food details, i.e. “Contains milk, nuts, gluten and soy.” This will help them avoid food with ingredients that will cause them discomfort.
