Emma and Adam exchanged “I Do’s” in the presence of their nearest and dearest with the Banyan Tree Samui as their paradise of choice. From Emma (the bride): I met Adam seven years ago through a common friend. Adam was smart, articulate, athletic, and had a great sense of humor; he was someone that I could joke around with, but also be serious with. We both studied law at university and soon bonded over our experience in the legal industry and our mutual love for beach holidays. During our first trip as a couple, we visited Koh Samui and instantly fell in love with the pristine beaches and laidback vibe. We both wanted a small and intimate destination wedding and decided to return to the beautiful Koh Samui for our wedding. Having visited a few luxury resorts on the island, we were absolutely blown away by the stunning Banyan Tree resort. Banyan Tree sits on the steep hillsides of the quiet and private Lamai Bay Beach. Its grounds, garden and landscape are absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Our wedding ceremony took place on the lawn lined by lush palm trees, overlooking the pristine beach. The ceremony was followed by a romantic dinner on the balcony of the Edge restaurant, heartfelt and touching speeches from our bridal party, as well as spectacular fireworks and sky lanterns. I would like to thank my talented vendors for making everything come together seamlessly on the day. Our wedding was a celebration of our love, and of all the support systems in our lives that helped our love grow. Sharing an amazing holiday with our closest friends and families was an experience Adam and I will treasure forever.
