What better way to start off the long weekend than with a parade of gorgeous dresses! For today’s Fashion Friday post, we bring you Oscar de la Renta’s latest bridal collection. Creative Director Peter Copping stayed true to the late designer’s aesthetic with pieces that exuded feminine sophistication and understated glamour. The timelessness but creativity and excitement in each dress is just pure brilliance. Get ready to fall in love!
They say that love is the most beautiful accessory, and we think this cozy Hong Kong engagement is proof of that. Wonderfully captured by Isa Photography, Max and Jon’s warm smiles and easy outfits make me dream of lazy Sunday mornings when I can just tuck under a blanket with a hot cup of coffee. Happy Wednesday, darlings!
We’re switching gears today with a feature that is quirky and overflowing with personality! Sandy and Vincent’s running-themed wedding captured by KC Chan Photography is as fun as they get. It’s one thing to incorporate your passion as a couple into your wedding, but these two took it to a whole new level by organizing a fun run right after their reception. The fact that they pulled it off so well, with creative details to boot, just shows how much they are loved by friends and family. Now go check out the photos, and we guarantee you a smile to last you the whole day!
If you’ve been following our Instagram account, you would know that I’ve been obsessing over the recent New York bridal week collections. For our very first Fashion Friday post, I bring you one of my personal favorite designers: Monique Lhuillier. It was without surprise that this designer-extraordinaire yet again set the bar really high with a jaw-dropping set of gowns. Drawing inspiration from Alice in Wonderland, Monique’s latest collection features thousands of yards of tulle, delicate lace appliques, and intricate beadwork. Prepare to be enchanted!
As much as we love our bustling metropolis of a city, it takes a bit of effort to find unique and romantic wedding venues in the middle of Hong Kong. So when Jan Leung of Feel in the Blank sent me this set, I knew I had to show you guys. Joyce and Eric chose the glamorous AMMO restaurant as the backdrop of their cozy wedding. The large floor-to-ceiling windows and extravagant gold accent wall made for some dramatic photos. But what I love most about this wedding is that the couple went with very classic and clean details which complemented the environment very well. Check out the entire set here, and have a wonderful Wednesday!
