This Bride Did Her Own Makeup and Hair Styling for Their Civil Wedding and Post-Nuptial Shoot

Candy and Varun were supposed to have a grand Bali wedding in November, 2020, but their plans were turned upside down because of the global pandemic. Their loved ones came from all over the world–UK, US, India, rest of Asia–so instead of postponing their wedding and having to deal with all the complications of flying guests in COVID-19 still at large, they pushed forward with a simple and intimate civil wedding instead. Though it was different, Candy shares that their small-scale wedding was a beauty of its own. They were surrounded by their closest family and connect with everyone else online through Zoom–they even had virtual speeches. Candy also did her own makeup, hair styling, and bouquet! Overall, the couple felt like a weight was lifted off their shoulders. Lastly, since they already had their Indian outfits for the Bali wedding, they made sure to put their beautiful outfits to use with a sunset post-nuptial outdoor photo session. Let Studio Unit‘s photos unveil how Candy and Varun’s wedding day turned out. Read on now.
